Hi, My name is Mary Lou and I am currently enrolled in a Master in Management class. One of the courses required is a research class that includes the creation of a blog. This is my first experience with blogging. Since I'm a baby bommer, one subject that is of great interest to me is optimizing health and preventing illnesses in the aging population.
