Boomers and Depression

As we age, the possibility of suffering from depression increases. Although the causes appear vague, the effects remain life-altering or life-threatening. This problem affects more women than men, but men over 85 have a higher risk of committing suicide. Frequently, the symptoms are ignored or underestimated. Public and personal awareness and medical intervention are necessary components of successful outcomes for our aging population. The attached link offers more information.

Very interesting article. I already have hypertension(#1 Boomer problem per your article), I hope depression doesn't follow!(#2 Boomer problem per this article). Thank you for another informative post!
